We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason with reasonable notice where possible. You may delete your account at any time from account settings or by contacting us.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nexcure shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Nexcure in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, specifically the Information Technology Act, 2000, and its amendments. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jharkhand, India.
